SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE TECHNICAL UNIT AND RRSS MANAGEMENT

The Iberarchives Programme is publishing a contract for a support service to the Technical Unit for the management of results and processes of the Iberarchives Strategic Plan with the incorporation of SEGIB quality criteria (gender, non-discrimination and multiculturalism) in the framework of Ibero-American archives and for the continuation of the communication of the Programme’s achievements through social networks and the website.

The contracting of the service will be carried out by the Organisation of Ibero-American States for Education, Culture and Science (OEI), the international organisation that manages the Iberarchives financial fund.

We are looking for a profile that meets the following requirements:

  • Knowledge in archival science and previous experience in archives.
  • Knowledge in strategic planning, preferably focused on management for development results and in mainstreaming SEGIB quality approaches (gender, multiculturalism and non-discrimination).
  • Experience in coordinating social networks, preferably in the Ibero-American sphere.
  • Knowledge of design and graphic and audiovisual support for the creation of digital image content, photographs, infographics, short videos, gif animations, etc. for social networks.
  • Knowledge of web page design and creation of accessible web content.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.

Of the total duration of the service contract, six months will be financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).

The duration of the service contract is expected to be 10 months, to run from July 2023 to April 2024, from the date of signature of the service contract between the successful bidder and the IEO, without prejudice to possible temporary extensions approved by the Intergovernmental Council of Iberarchivos.

Interested parties must submit a proposal for a work plan and strategies to support the Technical Unit and the management of the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and website that contribute to the dissemination and visibility of the Iberarchives Programme, detailing the content, work schedule and methodology to be developed in this service.
