The Iberarchivos archival cooperation programme is looking for a consultant specialising in sources of funding for cooperation who can carry out a diagnosis and make a series of recommendations for the diversification of the programme’s sources of funding, in order to examine other scenarios for the generation of resources.
For this work, a profile specialised in sources of funding for cooperation is required, which meets the following requirements:
- Experience in advising on the diversification of funding sources for the cultural sector, preferably in the Ibero-American field.
- Knowledge of international cooperation and the main international cooperation and development organisations: Ibero-American cooperation agencies and institutions, as well as other relevant international organisations in this field.
- Experience in the elaboration of manuals or guides for the diversification of funding sources.
- Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.
- Each applicant is free to submit the economic proposal they consider most appropriate, without exceeding the maximum budget of two thousand euros (€2,000).
The selection process for the responsible person will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee composed of the President of the Intergovernmental Council, the three members of the Executive Committee and the Technical Secretary of the Iberarchives Programme, taking into account the following criteria:
- Technical quality of the proposal: 50%.
- Most economically advantageous offer: 10%.
- Previous experience and technical and professional qualification in consultancy for the diversification of funding sources: 40%.
