On 13 April, the Administrative and Financial Assistance Agreement for the management and execution of the financial fund of the Iberarchivos Programme was signed by Mr Silvestre de Almeida Lacerda, as President of the Intergovernmental Council of the Iberarchivos Programme, and Mr Mariano Jabonero, as Secretary General of the Iberarchivos Programme. Jabonero, as Secretary General of the OEI.
