Declaration issued by the XIX Ibero-American Conference of Ministers of Culture, held on 3 and 4 May in La Antigua, Guatemala, which will be submitted to the Heads of State and Government at the XXVI Ibero-American Summit, to be held on 15 and 16 November 2018, also in the city of La Antigua.
The Declaration lists 18 agreements for the promotion of cultural development in the region, as a concrete contribution to the fulfilment of the 2030 Agenda, incorporating culture as a transversal axis in the region’s public policies.
