RULES

Requirement: to be a civil servant from one of the following Ibero-American countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Dominican Republic. It is also aimed at nationals of the Philippines and Equatorial Guinea, among other priority countries of the Spanish Cooperation.
