In the context of the XXV anniversary of the Ibero-American Summits, “Somos Ibero-américa” (We are Ibero-America), the new Ibero-American co-operation web portal launched by the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Co-operation (AECID). This portal was created as a space dedicated exclusively to the co-operation of the 22 Ibero-American countries and its aim is to create a forum in which researchers, civil society and experts share ideas and reflections on the Ibero-American reality – news, debates, research and academic material.

This portal is part of the strategic objectives established for the Ibero-American Cooperation Four-Year Action Plan 2015-2018.
