“Review, refine and correct the application of the International Standard of Description ISAD-G of the Directorate General of the National Archives to the matrix database of the Notarial Archives Department (1st phase)”.
The essential work carried out in this project was to revise fields such as code, notary name, date of description and title in the computerised records prior to the adoption of the ISAD-G International Standard for Description. The revision and correction of the fields in the registers was done with the ultimate aim of adapting them to the new standard.
