The Ibero-American Union of Municipalities (UIM) has been nominated by the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) for the Princess of Asturias Foundation Award (Spain) in the category of International Cooperation.
This nomination is a recognition of the institution’s 25 years of work for cooperation, solidarity, equity and strengthening of democracy and governance of the territories of Ibero-America as well as the promotion of municipalism.
