The Regional Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean (MOWLAC) of UNESCO’s Memory of the World Programme (MOW), based on its Guidelines, aims to encourage the special protection, preservation and access to documentary collections of regional significance in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. In this sense, MOWLAC invites custodians to submit nominations (document or set of documents, of an archival, bibliographic, audiovisual nature, of any genre or medium) to be incorporated into the “Memory of the World Register for Latin America and the Caribbean”.
The nomination form and annexes must be submitted in two versions, Spanish and English, by 31 August 2016.
